Scope of Refund Eligibility
Refunds are exclusively considered for transactions that have been processed through our platform but have failed to deliver the intended service to the end provider.
Non-Refundable Transactions
It is important to understand that certain transactions are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. These include:
• Successful recharges where the mobile/DTH number has received the credited amount
• Successful bill payments that have been accepted and acknowledged by the respective utility provider
• Transactions where the user has entered incorrect details but the payment has been processed successfully to the entered details
Refund Request Procedure
In the rare event that an automatic refund is not processed, users can initiate a refund request. To do so, please follow these steps:
• Navigate to the 'Transaction History' section within the Easy On Pay app
• Locate the specific failed transaction for which a refund is being sought
• Select the 'Report an Issue' or 'Help' option associated with that transaction
• Provide a brief description of the issue encountered
• Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team directly via email or phone
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and verify a valid refund request, we assure you of prompt resolution. In the vast majority of instances, our system automatically processes refunds for failed transactions immediately. In the rare situation where an instant refund does not occur, we guarantee that the refund will be completed and reflected within 24 hours to a maximum of 3 working days from the verification of your request.
Refund Amount and Method
The complete transaction value will be refunded in full. The refunded amount will be transferred to your Easy On Pay wallet balance. This balance is available for your future transactions on our platform. All refunds are exclusively processed to the user's Easy On Pay wallet linked to the account used for the original transaction.
